03 · Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted in Germany by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany.

When the website is requested, the hosting infrastructure may record the requesting IP address, date and time, time difference, requested content or file, access status, transferred volume, referrer, browser, operating system, interface, browser language and browser version.

These records are used to deliver and operate the website, diagnose faults and protect the infrastructure against misuse and attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and reliable website operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

According to ALL-INKL's published information, ordinary server logs are deleted after no more than seven days. Data connected with a specific security incident may be retained for longer where necessary to investigate or establish legal claims. Further details are available in the ALL-INKL privacy information.

04 · Email contact

Email links on this website open your own email application. The website itself does not collect information through a contact form.

If you email us, we process your sender address, technical email metadata, message content and any attachments to respond. Pre-contractual and contractual communication is processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other business communication is processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Email is hosted by ALL-INKL.

Ordinary enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted after 12 months. Records may be retained longer where required for a contract, statutory retention obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

05 · Consent management

Our self-hosted privacy interface records whether you accept optional analytics. We store only the choice, the consent-version number and a timestamp in your browser. This necessary record allows us to respect and document your decision.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

06 · Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4

If you accept analytics, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics 4. The provider in the EEA is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Analytics may process visited pages, usage events, interaction data, approximate location, browser and device information, IP-derived information and the referrer. We use basic consent mode: before acceptance, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics do not load and no analytics or consent ping is sent to Google.

User-level and event-level data retention in the GA4 property is configured to two months. This setting does not necessarily remove aggregated data from standard reports after two months.

Google may process data in the United States or other countries outside the EEA. Depending on the transfer, Google describes relying on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. See Google's international transfer information and Privacy Policy. You can withdraw analytics consent through Privacy settings at any time.

07 · Cookies and similar technologies

Necessary preference storage

The key eazycloud_privacy_consent_v1 is stored locally in your browser to remember your choice. It is not used to follow you across websites.

Optional analytics

After consent, Google Analytics may set or access identifiers and similar browser storage according to the deployed Google configuration. Current details are available through Privacy settings and Google's linked information. No optional analytics storage is created by this website before acceptance.

08 · Your GDPR rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests under Article 21 GDPR.

You may withdraw consent at any time under Article 7(3) GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint under Article 77 GDPR, including with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or another competent supervisory authority.
